🌿 How can I place an order?

Once you're ready to have a piece of your heart reach someone, you can fill out our order form here: https://order.lettersofthevalley.com.

If you have any question or concern before placing an order, please don't hesitate to send us a message on Instagram or Tiktok @__withlov or email us at dear@lettersofthevalley.com. 

🌿 What details do I need to provide?

We'll ask for your contact information, delivery information, and details needed to make your letter personal and special, including the letter's content, recipient's name, preferred date (if any), and any special instructions you'd like us to follow.
🌿 Can I send the letter directly to the recipient?

Yes! Just provide the recipient's complete details in the order form, and we'll take care of the rest.

🌿 Can I send the letter anonymously?

Of course! If you'd like to keep your identity a secret, you can put "anonymous" in the "Who is this letter from?" section of the order form. We'll make sure your letter is sent without revealing who it's from.

🌿 What happens after I submit the order form?

Once you submittted the order form, please allow up to 24 hours to receive an email from dear@lettersofthevalley.com with your order summary and payment instructions.

Once payment has been confirmed, we'll send order confirmation email and we'll begin preparing your letter.

🌿 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Gcash and Bank Transfer. As each letter is made especially for you, we require full payment before we begin preparing your order.

🌿 How long does it take?

Orders are usually prepared within 1-2 days. Delivery time will depend on your location.

🌿 Is shipping fee included in the price?

Shipping fees are not included in our product prices. Shipping fees vary depending on your location.

🌿 Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines through trusted courier. International orders may be accommodated on a case-to-case basis (feel free to send us a message so we can discuss the arrangements).

🌿 Do you offer same-day delivery?

We can arrange same-day delivery within Metro Manila only  for orders confirmed before 11am, subject to availability. There is no additional same-day service fee, but the delivery fee may be higher as we have to arrange it through Lalamove or Grab.

🌿 How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you the tracking details through email. You can use the tracking number provided to check your letter's delivery status directly with the courier.

🌿 Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

We can accept cancellations and process a full refund if your order is canceled within 1 hour of order confirmation. Beyond that period, we may have already started preparing your letter, so we can no longer guarantee that your order can be canceled or refunded.

🌿 Can I get a refund if my letter arrives damaged?

We take great care in preparing and packing every letter. We'll send a photo of your order before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged due to circumstances during delivery, please don't hesitate to send as a message as soon as possible. We'd be happy to discuss the situation with you and find the best way to make it right.

🌿 Is my information kept private?

Your privacy is important to us, and we're grateful that you entrust us with a piece of your heart. Any personal information you provide, including your information and the recipient's information, will be kept strictly confidential and used only for processing and fulfilling your order.

If we'd ever like to feature your letter in our social media content, we'll always ask for your permission first. Your privacy and trust will always comes first.
